Handan Lvyuan Forestry Development Co., Ltd., located in the Hanshan District, Handan City, in the junction of four provinces, 3 kilometers away from the airport, is subordinate to Hebei Chenxiang Group. Established in 2003, the company covers an area of 12,000mu, with its registered capital of 23 million yuan, and owns 76 managers (including 12 professionals). It is a municipal agricultural industrialization leading enterprise integrating planting, breeding, processing and marketing.

Taking Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Agricultural University of Hebei as technical support, on the basis of eco farm, with the business strategy in the integration of planting, breeding, processing and marketing, the Company adopts the industrial structure pattern of company plus farmer to implement stereo-agriculture production and ecological breeding of high-quality forests and fruits, pastures, grass, Chinese herbal medicines, a variety of nursery stocks and economic crops, etc. by means of modern scientific methods. After continuous efforts, the company has built a winter jujube and Zanhuang jujube park over 3000mu for agricultural projects, a Chinese herbal medicine park more than 500mu, a walnut park more than 1,200mu, a nursery stock base of white wax, Chinese scholartree and willow more than 1,500mu and an ecological breeding area more than 500mu. Roads in these parks extend in all directions and the infrastructures of water conservancy and hydropower are fully furnished. A modern agricultural production base in the integration of scale, industrialization and commercialization has been formed. The company has been awarded such honorary titles as “Certificate for Pollution-Free Fruits”, “Hebei Provincial Demonstration Base for Pollution-Free Fruits ”, “Jinqiao Award for National Agriculture Technology Services ”, “Hebei Provincial Demonstration Base for Popularization of Science”, and “Handan Municipal Key Leading Enterprise of Forest and Fruit Industry”, etc.

Under the correct leadership and support of the Group, the company has implemented the development strategy transformation successfully. In 2012, Beijing Huizhimen Design Institute was specially invited to make a brand-new planning and design scheme of “Handan Cultural Production Tourist Park” Project with high standards and high starting point for the Company which planned a total investment of 6 billion yuan after demonstration of the relevant municipal and district departments. Among which the completed key Phase-I projects are ecological dietetic project and Chenxiang Driving School Project.

With national policies as orientation, based on the development of high-efficiency agriculture, ecological breeding industry and green food processing industry, the Company aims to build the park into the largest and most complete-function cultural ecological tourism sightseeing park integrating propaganda of ancient cultures of Zhao, ecological agroforestry and leisure tourism in Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan areas.
